Here’s how the sign up process works for online coaching enquiries.

Sit tight while I review your enquiry and see if online coaching is right for you. I’ll get in touch with you either way.

Step 3

We will build your first program together to make sure everything is just right, and I’ll get you set up with everything you need to get started.

Step 4

You’re ready to begin your journey! You will have access to your personalised training program, and you’ll be able to connect with me any time you need.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • It depends how long you sign up for and what level of coaching you need. Prices start from as little as £25 per week.

  • Yes! You will have access to support and guidance through the in-app chat feature. I aim to get back to everyone within 24 hours.

  • Not necessarily. How specific your goals are will determine how much we zoom in on your nutrition.

  • The minimum term is 12 weeks. I strongly believe anything less is not a sufficient time period to see any long-term changes.

  • After at least 12 weeks of coaching, you are free to cancel your subscription any time. All I ask is two weeks notice to open your spot to another client.
